What is collected. The information you enter in a contact or demonstration form: name, organisation, role, business email address, telephone number if you provide it, subject and description of your need. No identity document, no customer due diligence document and no banking data are requested by these forms.
What it is used for. To process your request, prepare the exchange and respond to it. Subscription to our publications is optional, separate, not pre-ticked, and is not required to receive a reply.
Your rights. You have the rights provided for by the applicable regulations: access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, as the case may be. The competent contact and the procedure for exercising them will be specified here together with the identity of the data controller.
Retention periods. Contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to process the request and any follow-up. The actual retention periods will be stated for each purpose.
